Each Rose option comes with invisible bolt-through fixing from both sides and are sold in pairs. 

Each Backplate option is sold as a single item. To make a set/pair, you will need to order one door handle on an internal backplate and one door handle on an external backplate. The external backplate does not have any visible screws, and the internal backplate has visible screws that bolt through your door into the back of the external backplate.
